Here is a classic stir-fry sauce.

The Problem

Using the same old stir-fry sauce can be repetitive and boring.

The Goal

We wanted to create several stir-fry sauces that would add variety, but not require a search for exotic ingredients.

The Solution

We created three different sauces around three very different flavorings -- black beans, sweet and sour, and tomato -- that work well with any combination of vegetables and proteins.
